Get Published the MBA Way

By Thomas Collins posted Thu December 04,2014 03:16 PM

Taxation Law Section members have several options to see themselves in print (or pixels).  For formal law review articles, there is the Massachusetts Law Review, the longest  continually published law review in the nation.  Articles run 5,000-15,000 words, case comments typically run 2,500-3,000 words, and book reviews are typically around 2,000 words.  For shorter thought pieces, there is Section Review, which is now a supplement to the Massachusetts Lawyers Journal.  Newspaper length tax articles are welcome for the front part of the Massachusetts Lawyers Journal.  And don't forget blog and event postings, and discussion items that may be posted on the MBA Taxation Law Section web page.

If you would like further information on getting a piece accepted for an MBA publication, please contact me at 617-449-6570 or tcollins@mccarter.com.
