Attorney Herschler received his B.A. from Wheaton College and his
J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law and is a graduate of
the International Program for Development Evaluation Training. He is currently on the Board of the
Conservation Measures Partnership, a Senior Fellow of the Environmental
Leadership Program and a member of the American Bar Association.
