The Real Estate Section is seeking members to join the newly-formed “Development and Construction Law” (“DCL”) practice group. Attorneys at all levels who are engaged in these practice areas are encouraged to join.

The DCL practice group will bring together attorneys from across the state, from both the public and private sectors, who represent or deal with developers, public and private owners, contractors, financing institutions, design professionals and others involved with development and construction.

Join us at the first meeting of the new practice group. Our guest speaker will be Lauren Goldman,Esq, Deputy Chief  of the Fair Labor Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Attorney Goldman is responsible for, among other things, prevailing wage compliance.
