Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Law -- Key Issues for All

The Real Estate Section is seeking members to join the newly-formed
“Development and Construction Law” (“DCL”) practice group. Attorneys at all
levels who are engaged in these practice areas are encouraged to join.
The DCL practice group will bring together attorneys from across the state,
from both the public and private sectors, who represent or deal with developers,
public and private owners, contractors, financing institutions, design
professionals and others involved with development and construction.
Join us at the first meeting of the new practice group. Our guest
speaker will be Lauren Goldman,Esq, Deputy Chief of the Fair Labor
Division of the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. Attorney Goldman is
responsible for, among other things, prevailing wage compliance.
This seminar will provide development and construction law attorneys with
current information concerning various issues regarding Massachusetts prevailing
wage law including:
