Join us on Friday, May 6, for the 37th Annual Labor & Employment Law Spring Conference at Suffolk University Law School. Registration and lunch begin at 11:30 a.m. Programming begins at 12:30 p.m. This annual event is presented by the MBA's Labor & Employment Law Section.

This year's conference features a keynote address from U.S. District Court Chief Judge Patti B. Saris who brings to the podium some thirty years of experience and observations from the bench. Judge Saris served as a United States Magistrate Judge from 1986-1989 and was a well-respected Associate Justice of the Massachusetts Superior Court when nominated for a federal judgeship by President Clinton in October 1993. She was confirmed by the U.S. Senate and received her commission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on November 24, 1993.  Judge Saris became Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts on January 1, 2013.
