Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission, 130 S.Ct. 876 (2010), opened the door to unlimited corporate influence on voting.Shelby County v. Holder, 133 S.Ct. 2612 (2013), removed essential protections of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.Yet, the Right to Vote is referenced five times in the U.S. Constitution.
