Animal Law Practice Group Meeting

When:  Nov 1, 2016 from 06:00 PM to 07:30 PM (ET)

Dormant Commerce Clause issues and animal protection laws have recently recently played out in California and in the Ninth Circuit courts in cases involving ducks raised for foie gras and egg-laying hens.

Guest Speaker Rebecca Cary, Esq., Staff Attorney, Animal Protection Litigation, The Humane Society of the United States, has been involved in a number of cases dealing with animal protection laws and how they comport with various constitutional provisions and will discuss how these cases inform the current Massachusetts ballot question relating to farm animals, Question 3.

Don't miss this unique opportunity to network with your colleagues while expanding your animal law practice.
