The topic for today's meeting will be "Trustee
Compensation: What is reasonable?"

faculty will include:
Jeffrey W.
Roberts, Esq., Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP, Jeff is a partner in the Trusts & Estates Department at Nutter,
McClennen & Fish, LLP. His broad-based practice consists of preparing
wills, trusts and related documents for high net worth individuals; acting as
counsel to executors and trustees; advising on tax planning and charitable
giving; negotiating prenuptial agreements; and advising clients generally on
personal, family and tax matters. He also serves professionally as trustee of
clients’ trusts and participates in the management of investments.
Chris A. Milne, Esq., Milne Law, Chris serves as chair of the MBA
Trust Administration Practice Group and works as a professional trustee with a
law practice dedicated solely to trust administration for children and adults in
need of protection.
Karen D. O’Toole, Esq., of the Client Security Board
who will provide ethical commentary on the presentations.
