John Dugan was admitted to the Massachuetts Bar in 1975. He is a member of the MBA's Probate Section Council, Mass. NAELA and the Mass. Probate and Family Inn of Court. He is a former Chair of the Probate Section Council, former president of the Western Norfolk County and Norfolk County Bar Associations, and a former Vice-President of the MBA.
He is a partner in the firm of Doherty, ciechanowski, Dugan & Cannon, in Franklin, Mass. where his practice is concentrated in estates, trusts and probate litigation.
