The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) is excited to extend an invitation to its annual Elder Law Institute. This year marks the 26th anniversary of the event, which will be held at New England Law Boston on March 6, 2020 from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. MassNAELA's all day conference will focus on The Legal, Clinical and Practical Challenges of Assisting Younger Clients Who Require Complex/Long-Term Care. Topics that will be addressed include:
  • Placement Challenges and Issues for the Younger and Atypical Client; 
  • Understanding Unique MassHealth Obstacles and Strategies for Younger Applicants; 
  • Litigation of Special Authorities in Conservatorship/Guardianship, Marriage/Divorce and Trusts/Estates for Baby Boomers; and
  • Housing and Community-Based Options for Disabled Individuals.
