AUG. 13TH - Today’s Boston Globe carried a piece from the Cincinnati Examiner headlined “Couple rebuked over divorce battle”. It relayed a tale of two law professors who have litigated custody and money for 17 years, and counting, at the conclusion of a 10 year-marriage. According to Hamilton (Ohio) Common Pleas Judge Leslie Ghiz “both should be thoroughly embarrassed and ashamed”. The former husband blamed the courts.

Wonder if they ever tried mediation.
