Worker's Compensation Section Open Meeting

This open meeting hosted by the Worker's Compensation Section Council will feature Senior Administrative Judge Omar Hernandez and will focus on:

• Current happenings at the DIA;
• Interactive discusion of important practice and procedure tips;
• The impact of Curry and Eisner decisions in the negotiation of  third party liens;
• Update and review of 2013 issues;
• Feedback from attendees on other issues of concern and future seminars.
