As the summer ends, children return to school in person and vaccination rates in Massachusetts continue to outpace most of the rest of the nation, many companies and organizations are seeking to return to the office or physical workplace in one form or another. Given the still-potent COVID-19 pandemic, however, many employers and employees have questions and concerns about returning to physical workplaces. Our panel will examine these issues from the perspectives of both management and employees, as well as how returning to work during the COVID-19 pandemic is shaped by both employment law and labor law.
