Join us for a discussion on maintaining your well-being in all aspects of life as an attorney. Specific topics will include:

  • Improving mental health and wellness — finding resources available to help with anxiety, depression and isolation.
  • Strengthening your work-life balance — understanding physical aspects of healthy coping with muscle health, breathing and productivity. 
  • Developing personal efficiency through technology — finding the right tech and training to fit your needs.

This session will be hosted using Zoom. Registration is required by 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 13, to participate in this program. After you register with the MBA, please look for an email from MassBar Education with the Webinar ID and Password. The email will be sent before the program on May 13.
