Harnessing Personal Well-Being for a Fulfilling and Successful Law Practice

When:  Apr 16, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 01:30 PM (ET)

This course will provide a philosophical, scientific, sociological and practical foundation for understanding stress and its effects on our work and lives. It will also equip participants with three tools that, once regularly employed and developed, will facilitate increased mental clarity and equanimity.

Panelists will discuss the correlation between individual well-being and a community’s ability to live and work peaceably together in a chosen social order or profession. Participants will gain a basic, working understanding of the neurobiology of stress and wellness, as well as an appreciation for the benefits and rewards of implementing tools for cultivating personal wellness. Resources will also be provided for continued personal study with respect to the covered topics.

This program is proudly co-sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association's Lawyer Well-Being Committee.
