Join us for a primer on two of the most widely used forms of dispute resolution: mediation and arbitration. Experienced civil litigation attorneys, mediators and arbitrators will go over the basics for each, highlight related hot topics and share their perspectives and expectations. The program will include a presentation on Superior Court Rule 20.
