Addressing Emerging Legal Issues in Health Care

Join the Massachusetts Bar Association's Health Law Section on Thursday, Oct. 9, from noon to 5:15 p.m., for its annual conference. This year's event will be in person at the Massachusetts Bar Association, 20 West St., Boston. We are excited to reconnect health care attorneys across the commonwealth and encourage robust discussion.

This year’s conference will focus on the impact of the unfolding scale back of federal regulatory action on privacy, access and equity. Members of the conference committee have been working on a cutting-edge and engaging agenda with topics including:

• AI, Bias and Equity: Privacy Impacts in Health Care 
• Privacy, Surveillance, and Care — The Double-Edged Sword of Technology in Reproductive Health 
• Equity and Privacy Considerations in Diverse Health Care Populations 
• Implications of our Evolving Regulatory Landscape on Access to Health Care
