When:  Oct 16, 2024 from 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM (ET)

Enhance your legal practice with our upcoming program designed for both attorneys and law students. Whether you work solo or within a law firm, this essential training will equip you with valuable skills and strategies for effectively assisting clients with disabilities.

Join attorney Morgayne Mulkern for an in-depth exploration of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), including foundational principles and best practices. She will cover critical ADA requirements related to nondiscrimination, facility access, service animals and effective communication with clients who have disabilities.  Mulkern is an ADA trainer and outreach coordinator for the New England ADA Center, a project for the Institute for Human Centered Design.
Through interactive case studies, you'll gain practical insights and engage in scenario-based learning, allowing you to thoroughly understand and apply key concepts. The session will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A to address any questions you may have.

Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your legal expertise and better serve your clients by understanding and accommodating their diverse needs. Law students are also encouraged to attend and benefit from this important program.
