The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented delay to the efficient and timely resolution of civil litigation. The Trial Court Department has worked tirelessly to provide alternative means and paths toward resolution of civil litigation, including but not limited to Zoom hearings, three-judge bench trials, judicial settlement conferences and conciliation referrals.
