Family Law Business Valuations and Changes in a Pandemic

This program will examine vital points of practice in business valuations, significant changes for experts and attorneys, and the process of business valuations during the time of a pandemic. Judge panelists will provide their perspectives on the most probative elements of expert reports and testimony.
