Rosemary Connolly along with Attorney Maria Pena from the Superior Court legal department, who will be reviewing the history of Superior Court Rule 20 governing individual case management and tracking to assist attorneys in "achiev[ing] a less costly and more expeditious resolution of their dispute." Most importantly the Judges and Maria Pena will be inviting comments and experiences from our members with the now two year old Standing Order 1-88 Pilot Program on Case Management Conferences.
