I Apologize -- An Overview of Apology Law

The Young Lawyers Division of the Massachusetts Bar Association, in collaboration with the Massachusetts Medical Society, invites you to attend a substantive discussion on apology laws that apply in medical malpractice cases. It will also address institutional medical apology programs and the trends and future of apology in medicine from the perspectives of physician, defense counsel and plaintiff counsel.

A cocktail reception will follow the program giving you the opportunity to network with colleagues.
