In this presentation, Dr. Nick Polavin will discuss how COVID has impacted
the composition of jury pools and how attitudes of jurors have changed. Additionally,
he will discuss lessons learned from the jury trials he
has worked on during the pandemic regarding how different courtroom operating plans
can impact jury selection as well as attorney and witness
communication.
