Focused on technology company issues including intellectual property (patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, materials, privacy) portfolio development, licensing and assertion, employment, finance and litigation. Holistic approach based on patent writing experience coupled with extensive experience litigating all areas of intellectual property, antitrust, commercial, corporate control, employment, environmental, finance and regulatory law in state and federal courts and agencies (such as the International Trade Commission) further coupled with extensive licensing experience and experience in other transactions including venture financing and debt work-outs.
