I am an attorney licensed in Massachusetts and currently work as a Law Clerk for the Massachusetts Division of Administrative Law Appeals. My work involves attending and reviewing hearings on administrative law appeals and drafting findings of facts and conclusions of law for decisions and recommended decisions. I have particular experience in drafting decisions on appeals from the Board of Registration in Medicine and accidental disability retirement appeals from the State Board of Retirement as well as local retirement boards.
My personal interests are disability law, special education law, and domestic violence advocacy. Specifically, I am interested in exploring and writing about the intersections of health and disability law and shed light on the challenges of domestic violence victims and survivors in navigating the legal system.
