Margaret H. Paget is a founding partner of Kurker Paget LLC, a women-owned employment law firm based in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Margaret represents employers of varying shapes and sizes: small and emerging businesses, Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions, health care providers, and not-for-profit organizations.She has lectured and written extensively on these areas for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Massachusetts Law Review, the Boston Bar Journal and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly.
Margaret is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section Council and was co-chair of its annual Labor and Employment Law Conference in May 2012.
