EB5 Nuts and Bolts: The Basics of the Investment Visa Program

Over the last 2 to 3 years there has been heightened interest in the Investment Visa program under which a citizen of another country is able to obtain permanent residency in the United States through investment of either $500,000 or $1,000,000 into an enterprise that creates as least 10 new full time jobs.
