Be at the cutting edge in representing the OUI client. Review how to successfully represent a client charged with OUI with the stars of the profession and the judiciary. Topics include:

  • Assessing the case -- knowing when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em;
  • Discovery -- how discovery can win the case, knowing what to ask for and visiting the scene;
  • Use of experts;
  • Motions to suppress -- interlocutory appeals;
  • Motions in limine;
  • Trial -- demonstration of cross-examination of arresting officer; and
  • Proof needed for a multiple offender-bifurcated trial.

This course is aimed at the entire range of professionals, from the inexperienced to those who try these cases regularly. The panelists will provide unique and current information on this constantly changing subject.
