MA Child Support Calculator App (for Android OS): Updated for the New Guidelines Effective August 1, 2013

I have released Version 2.0 of my free to download Massachusetts Child Support Calculator app (for Android OS).  Version 2.0 is an update that accounts for the major changes to the Child Support Guidelines that became effective here in Massachusetts on August 1, 2013.  The following are some changes you can expect to see:
  • Accurately calculates child support figures in accordance with the New Massachusetts Child Support Guidelines effective August 1, 2013;
  • Improved aesthetics and layout to account for changes to the new Child Support Guidelines Worksheet;
  • Link to the new Child Support Guidelines will now open a website instead of downloading a pdf copy to your phone;
  • Shared custody calculation will now provide the familiar cross-guidelines support amount and the support amount for the new formula for when parenting time and financial responsibility are shared in a proportion greater than 33% but less than 50%.
