From the ejournal:
Poverty and injustice hurt. They hurt children, families and entire communities. The Massachusetts Bar Foundation (MBF), the philanthropic partner of the Massachusetts Bar Association, works to expand resources that can help people overcome these barriers and regain a sense of stability in their lives. This year, the MBF will give more than $2.15 million to organizations across the state that provide legal assistance and access to justice in order to help people in need conquer poverty and injustice.

The MBF will celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2014. In honor of this milestone, join fellow MBA members in giving the MBF $50 for its half century of excellence -- "$50 for 50." Your gift will help fund critically important programs like the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute's Homelessness Project and other MBF grantees that improve access to justice.
