During part three, you will learn about common legal problems relating to employment and business litigation. Topics include:
Preventing and handling employment problems -- drafting employee handbooks, wage claims and independent contractor issues, wrongful termination and discrimination claims, and negotiation severance agreements; and
Business litigation -- traps for the unwary in contracts and business matters.
