The DR Section welcomes nominations of true leaders in the field of Dispute Resolution. This award honors the memory of industry pioneer Professor Frank Sanders who created programs that resulted in measurable, sustained change, and who laid the foundation for today's modern DR services.
We seek nominations of individuals who:
- Have demonstrated extraordinary leadership, innovation, and dedication in the field of DR for more than 10 years;
- Have made established contributions to the DR community, and can provide evidence in a self- or colleague-authored nominee summary;
- Are current members of the MBA or willing to join the MBA.
The Massachusetts Bar Association encourages nominations from local/affiliated bar associations, government agencies, and legal service organizations. Nominations must be submitted by 5:00 pm on Friday, 6/28/19 and can be completed online by clicking here:
