The Complex Commercial Litigation Section Council is pleased to announce three practice groups which address the primary practice areas of (1) business litigation (including business torts and complex contract disputes), (2) intellectual property and (3) bankruptcy. Consideration is also being given to adding a professional liability committee.
To section members who practice in these areas, we invite you to join one or more of these groups and take advantage of the numerous opportunities to become involved and to help us make it a vibrant addition to the Massachusetts Bar Association and our legal community.
