All the Mass.gov websites will be moving to a new platform with the goal of being more user-friendly. Right now the DIA is looking to put together a control group of 25 – 30 people that represent attorneys, insurers, employers and some claimants, if possible.

She will be sending out a survey link that Mass.gov has put out and then will send out a separate survey that is specific for the DIA at a later date.
