As a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Labor & Employment Section, you are invited to attend a special Brown Bag Open Meeting on May 14th from 12:-1:30 pm at the MBA, 20 West St., Boston. This meeting is a Q&A with a panel of in-house employment counsel.
The topics for discussion will include: outside vs. in-house counsel; HR/employment challenges for organizations; in-house decision-making authority; and internal investigations protocols.
