There is still time to sign up for this year's 11th Annual In-House Counsel Conference. This conference will be held at the MBA's Boston headquarters, on Friday December 6, from 9:15 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
There will be an opportunity to hear from Judge Dennis Saylor regarding issues of interest to in-house counsel, including the sealing and confidentiality of records in the U.S. District Court; to hear from leading counsel regarding current practices involving data privacy; and to hear opening remarks by Edward Seksay, General Counsel to Rockland Trust Company.
There will also be presentations regarding employment law issues in the contemporary work environment, best practices for contract management, and recent developments in trademark litigation. Presenters will include senior in-house counsel from EMC Corporation, Staples, Inc., Smith & Wesson, Mint Energy, and Mortgage Master.
