The 12th Annual Western Massachusetts Bankruptcy Conference will be held on Tues., December 3, 2013 from 4:00-7:00 PM at Western New England University School of Law, 1215 Wilbraham Road, Springfield, MA. This annual conference focuses on updates and issues relevant to both new and experienced bankruptcy practitioners.
This year’s program will explore recent developments, trends and practice tips relating to the dischargeability of tax debts, student loans and claims of fraud or breach of fiduciary duty.
Keynote Speaker: Hon. Frank J. Bailey will present the “State of the District” and discuss recent developments in bankruptcy law and practice of the last year.
