ABA Committee on Practice and Procedures-NLRB

You are invited to attend the Annual Meeting of the Regional Subcommittee of the ABA Committee on Practice and Procedure under the NLRA.  The P&P Committee focuses on procedural labor law issues such as representation election processes, Regional Office investigations of unfair labor practice charges, neutrality agreements and subpoena procedures. 

The meeting includes two segments:

• At the 12:00 p.m. session, practitioners will discuss procedural concerns or questions that have arisen in their practices before the Board over the past year. 
• At the 1:00 p.m. session, Regional Director Jonathan Kreisberg and some of his regional senior management staff will join us to discuss these issues and pending Board policy initiatives.  This session will include a Q&A session.

This is the only regional meeting of the ABA Subcommittee for this year. Please R.S.V.P. as space is limited.
