On March 1, 2025, the new Massachusetts Rules of Criminal Procedure 14-14.4 will become effective. Join the Criminal Justice Section for a panel discussion with Superior Court Associate Justice Beverly Cannone and Appeals Court Associate Justice Joseph Ditkoff, both of whom served on the Standing Advisory Committee on the Rules of Criminal Procedure, with Judge Cannone as its chairperson.
