It is important to stay up to date on the latest trends in bankruptcy law. This seminar aims to keep practitioners current in order to best serve their clients. This annual conference focuses on important updates and issues relevant to both new and experienced bankruptcy practitioners. This year’s program will focus on recent developments, trends and practice tips relating to dischargeability of tax debts, student loans, and claims of fraud or breach of fiduciary duty. The program will also include a presentation on the “State of the District” from the Chief Judge Bailey of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and presentations on recent developments in bankruptcy law and practice over the last year.
