How Private Law Firms Are Responding, and How Private Lawyers Are
Counseling Clients
Sponsored by the Massachusetts Bar Association's Diversity, Equity, and
Inclusion Committee
The administration's executive orders and Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission letters have cast doubt over the private sector’s internal diversity,
equity and inclusion practices. While our country's civil rights laws remain
intact, law firms question whether they may be the next target for
investigation.
- How are Massachusetts law firms responding?
- What are the best practices to continue to cultivate
diverse, equitable and inclusive workplaces?
- What can private law firms and other institutions
expect next?
- What are the first amendment rights of corporations, and potential
complications of corporate disclosures?
