The Pocket MBA for Lawyers is a four day program that helps lawyers to speak the language of their business clients. It is taught by School of Management faculty with extensive expertise in business education for lawyers. Participants will enhance their ability to understand: financial statements; valuation methods; and strategic frameworks. They will also learn how to manage work relationships effectively and develop methods for making effective decisions. This program provides a curriculum designed for immediate application, teaching skills that can be used that day.
