Among the panelists will be an assistant attorney general from the Massachusetts AG’s "Bid Protest Unit,” as well as attorneys who have represented municipalities, labor unions and general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors and suppliers regarding bid protests. Registration is required by 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 22, in order to participate in this program.
