Culture, conflict, and finding new paths forward as we build
workplaces that work for everyone in 2025
Just a few years ago, we saw unprecedented momentum around diversity, equity
and inclusion (DEI), with promises that these efforts could address historical
disparities and move us forward as a society.
Fast forward to 2025, where DEI has become one of the epicenters of American
culture wars. Firms and organizations find themselves at a crossroads: some
retreat, some persist, some reframe and others wait, unsure about where to go
next.
As consultants engaged at the intersections of law, conflict resolution and
workplace culture, Pari Karim and David Stone (of inQUEST Consulting) navigate
these tensions not merely as observers, but as participants in the ever-shifting
dialogue.
The Massachusetts Bar Association's Dispute Resolution Section and Diversity,
Equity and Inclusion Committee ask that you join Karim and Stone as we connect,
learn and support one another.
Registration is required by 4 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, in order to
participate in this program. An email from MassBar Education
will be sent before the program.
