Unconventional Responses to Unique Catastrophes: Tailoring the Law to Meet the Challenges

On October 9th at 6:00pm, the Suffolk University Law Review will be hosting the 138th Donahue Lecture at Suffolk University Law School. The lecture will be presented by Mr. Ken Feinberg, the former Special Master of the Federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. Mr. Feinberg will speak on unique claims compensation programs, such as the Federal 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund of 2001; the Gulf Coast Claims Facility following the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion in the Gulf of Mexico; and OneFund Boston following the 2015 Boston Marathon bombings. The lecture is open to the public.
