Overview of and updates on the Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI), the MassHealth initiative that arose out of the Rosie D. litigation and provides community-based mental health services to kids with MassHealth.  Discussion on how to assist your clients in navigating the system and how to address issues, such as confidentiality, that may arise and impact legal disputes in use of those services. Brief presentation on how to access mental health services for children who do not have MassHealth.
