Bystander Intervention Training for Section Councils

In this interactive session hosted by the MBA’s DEI Subcommittee on Education, section council members will learn practical, research-based strategies to address bias and foster accountability within the legal profession.

Participants will be introduced to the 5 D’s of Bystander Intervention—Direct, Distract, Delegate, Delay, and Document—and practice applying them through real-world legal scenarios.
