I am a partner in Foley Hoag LLP and a member of its commerical litigation and bankrutpcy practices. I represnet accounting firms in securities class actions, SEC and PCAOB investigations, and professional malpractice claims brought in federal and state courts throughout the United States. In bankruptcy matters, I have represented debtors, creditors’ committees, secured creditors, debenture holders, and private equity funds involved in restructurings, workouts, liquidations, and bankruptcy adversary proceedings.
I have been a member of the MBA's Business Law Section since 2010. I am currently the Vice President of the Business Law Sction.
