After approximately twenty years as a litigator with large, medium and small firms, I was given the opportunity to start the Law Office Management Assistance Program for Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers. In 2011, after being named Interim Executive Director, I was asked to lead LCL as Executive Director. Our goal is to help Massachusetts attorneys achieve a better life by giving access to experienced mental health therapist, addiction recovery meetings, and law practice management consulting services.
