CL MEMBER SPOTLIGHT:
Margaret J. Pastuszak, Esq.


Maggie is an associate at Hamel, Marcel, Dunn, Reardon & Shea, PC. She is an experienced trial attorney and a member of the firm’s general liability, construction, product liability and real estate practice groups, defending corporations, employers and insurance companies in complex litigation. Prior to joining HMDR&S, Maggie served the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office as an Assistant District Attorney for over ten years where she gained extensive litigation and trial experience. As an ADA, she was responsible for working with victims and witnesses, conducting investigations and legal research, reviewing evidence, preparing discovery, writing briefs and memorandum, and representing the Commonwealth throughout all stages of prosecution from the investigative stage through trials and appellate proceedings. As a member of the Framingham Regional Superior Court Team for five years, in addition to handling a wide variety of cases and investigations, Maggie served as the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault designee. Maggie graduated from Tufts University in 2003 with a B.A. in International Relations and Economics, and Suffolk University Law School in 2008.
