CL MEMBER SPOTLIGHT:
Margaret J. Pastuszak, Esq.

Maggie is an associate at Campbell Conroy & O’Neil, P.C. She is an experienced civil litigator who focuses her practice on a wide range of civil litigation matters, defending the firm’s clients in product liability, commercial liability, personal injury, and general negligence matters.

Immediately following law school, Maggie served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office for over ten years where she gained extensive litigation and trial experience in district, superior, and appellate courts. As an ADA, she was responsible for working with victims and witnesses, conducting investigations and legal research, reviewing evidence, preparing discovery, writing briefs and memoranda, and representing the Commonwealth throughout all stages of prosecution, from the investigative stage through trials and appellate proceedings. As a member of the Framingham Regional Superior Court Trial Team, in addition to handling a wide variety of cases and investigations, Maggie served as the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Designee. Prior to joining Campbell Conroy & O’Neil, P.C., Maggie worked as an insurance defense associate at a Massachusetts law firm.
